ABSTRACT : This study investigates the role of leadership in fostering diversity within sales teams in the European electrical industry, with an emphasis on the Greek market. Employing a qualitative methodology, structured interviews were conducted with executives from leading firms to explore how leadership practices influence the development and success of diverse teams. The findings highlight the effectiveness of transformational leadership in promoting inclusive workplace cultures, addressing unconscious bias, and driving employee engagement. Companies that actively integrate diversity into their strategic vision report improvements in employee satisfaction, retention, and team performance.
