ABSTRACT : The rise of modern technology, particularly the ICT has brought significant changes to the field of education. ICT plays huge role in the lives of the teachers especially in teaching, as it helps teachers in enhancing and facilitating in the teaching process. The researchers conducted a study that aimed to examine the level of ICT skills and perception of the teachers in using ICT in teaching Filipino subject and utilized descriptive-correlational design in the study. The participants of this study are not less than thirty (30) teachers who are teaching Filipino subject in public schools. This study utilized survey questionnaires in collecting the data and was analyzed using statistical tools such as Frequency Distribution, Weighted Mean, Spearman Rho Rank Test, at Mann Whitney U test. After the data were collected and analyzed, it was found out that teachers have positive perceptions and high level of skills in using ICT in teaching Filipino subject. The researchers recommend teachers to continuously improve their ICT skills in teaching
