ABSTRACT: Based on a survey conducted at the Sodeci Source City, the study is a contribution to reflections on political management in urban residential cities through residential condominiums. The scope of our article is
to show how the use of residential co-ownership within a local association modifies relations between inhabitants so as to categorize them to bring out autochthony and professional status as a channel through which the inhabitants access to the resources of the political power.
