Abstract: This research is a field research with a qualitative approach. Data were obtained through interviewsaimed at school principals and teachers. Observations to obtain data by directly observing the learning processand documentation obtained by information related to madrasah. The results showed that first, the concept ofsocial learning theory has been practiced in Al Qudwah Salatiga Kindergarten, namely carrying out the learningprocess through imitation. The process of observing and imitating the behavior and attitudes of others as amodel is an act of learning. Second, Implementation of the Fourth The learning process in social learning theoryis through the attention phase, retention phase, reproduction phase and motivation. The hope of the authors inthis study is the need to emphasize good cooperation between parents, educational institutions, and thecommunity in the field of education, especially in parenting efforts.
