ABSTRACT : Organizational commitment is an employee’s attachment that creates a sense of belonging to hisplace of work. In order for employees to have high organizational commitment to the company, companies needto pay attention to the factors that affect organizational commitment. The purpose of this study is to determinethe effect of job enrichment on organizational commitment, job enrichment on job satisfaction, and the role ofjob satisfaction in mediating the effect of job enrichment on organizational commitment. This research wasconducted at the Harper Kuta Hotel. 57 employees used as sample, using saturated sampling. Data collectionwas carried out through interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is path analysis.The resultsindicate that job enrichment has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment; Job satisfactionhas a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment; Job enrichment has a positive andsignificant effect on job satisfaction; Job satisfaction mediates the effect of job enrichment on organizationalcommitment..
