ABSTRACT : Employee productivity is the ability to achieve certain tasks according to predetermined targets.In order for employees to have enthusiasm in carrying out their duties, companies need to pay attention tofactors that affect Employee productivity including job satisfaction and work environment so that employeescan increase their productivity. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of job satisfaction inmediating the influence of the work environment on Employee productivity. This research was conducted atKober Mie Setan, Denpasar. The population used in this study was 42 people, with saturated sampling method.Data collection was carried out through interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is pathanalysis. The results show, work environment has a positive and significant effect on Employee productivity;work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; Job satisfaction has positive andsignificant effect on employee productivity; Job satisfaction mediates significantly the influence of the workenvironment on employee productivity .
