ABSTRACT : This study aims to analyze the effect of job experience, job performance, and employee loyaltyon job promotion at La VillaisKamojangHotelSeminyak, Bali. 90 people chosen as respondents through SimpleRandom Sampling. Data were collected through interviews and questionnaires and analyzed using multiplelinear regression. The results shows, job experience has a positive and significant effect on promotion, Jobperformance has a positive and significant effect on job promotion, and employee loyalty also has positive andsignificant effect on promotion. Management should be able to provide justice in providing promotion so thatemployees feel proud, and loyal to their company and able to make these employees improve their performanceand gain more experience.
