ABSTRACT : This study aims to test and analyze how technology readiness and perceived ease of use influence the decision to use QRIS as a digital payment through the perception of usefulness and benefits. The population in this study the people of are QRIS users for digital payments. The sampling technique in this study used a nonprobability sampling technique, namely the purposive sampling method with a sample size of 138 respondents via Google Form. This study is quantitative using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is a technique used to analyze data with the help of AMOS software. The results showed that technological readiness had a significant positive effect on the decision to use, perceived ease of use had a positive but insignificant effect and there were two hypotheses mediated by perceived usefulness with significant positive results.
